Active SLA monitoring

In active monitoring, software robots simulate end-user behavior. The robots emulate typical user transactions. Script controlled workstations identify, document and compare the response of the monitored application with the defined standards.

Active SLA monitoring is especially used to:

  • obtain reliable information about the availability of applications.
  • regularly identify objective response times of specific transactions at various locations.
